Recruitment For Jr.Officer

MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically face to face
2 Maintain customer data base
3 Keep records of customer interactions
4 Set up new customer accounts
5 Handle & resolve customer complaints
6 Communicate & Co- ordinate with internal departments
7 Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
1 Minimum Qualification Graduation
2 Knowledge of customer service principles & practices
3 Knowledge relevant computer applications
4 Ability to type
5 knowledge of administrative procedure
KEY COMPETENCIES
1 Inter personal skills
2 Communications skills verbal (Telugu, English, Hindi) & written
3 Problem analysis & problem solving
